Sulus LLC v. SPI Solar, Inc.

Led by Ciaran Connelly, MWCC represented Sulus LLC, a prominent solar developer, in arbitration and litigation with SPI Solar, Inc.

After SPI purchased a portfolio of solar projects from Sulus, SPI disputed the price that was owed for projects that qualified for Oregon’s community solar program. We represented Sulus through successful arbitration, obtaining a multi-million dollar award. SPI obtained new counsel and disputed enforceability of the arbitration award. We represented Sulus through favorable settlement of that dispute, and subsequent enforcement of that settlement.
