Marilyn S. Stacey
Marilyn Stacey Ms. Stacey has over 30 years of complex litigation experience, including commercial business, insurance coverage, professional liability, and environmental matters. She handles all factual aspects of a case, from initial witness contact to discovery, trial preparation, and in-court support.
Before joining MWCC, Ms. Stacey was a lead paralegal at Ball Janik LLP, where she worked for 17 years. Before that, Ms. Stacey worked for the prominent Portland law firms Bullivant Houser Bailey PC for 13 years, and Miller Nash Graham & Dunn LLP for two years. She has been active in the Oregon Paralegal Association and the Portland Paralegal Master’s Group, and has presented at Continuing Legal Education courses for the Institute for Paralegal Education and Portland State University paralegal classes. She has also mentored paralegal students at Portland Community College. Marilyn Stacey graduated cum laude from Occidental College, in Los Angeles.
