McDermott Weaver Connelly Clifford LLP represented the two largest shareholders of a closely held fifth-generation family company in a dispute with other shareholders for control of the company.

Upon obtaining a favorable resolution of the dispute, we represented the company itself in connection with the sale of more than 100,000 acres of California timberland. Working with other professionals, we structured the sale to maximize the value of the assets, ultimately obtaining a sales price in excess of $240 million.
